Here at LJC we fabricate many different products from sheet, rod and block all to the customers specifications. This includes: Machine guards, Holding tanks, Process tanks & hoods, Manifold blocks, Fume Extraction & ductwork systems, burettes and much, much more……

Fabrication

The majority of tanks we make are made from Polypropylene or PVC depending on the usage, although we do use many other materials.  Every tank is made to the customer requirements, including inlets / outlets / inspection hatches / site glasses & belly bands.  They can be made cylindrical or rectangular, flat or sloping bases.  Some of the industries that we supply to are:- Electroplating, Boating, Water & Effluent treatment.  Please call to discuss any requirements that you may have as there are so many options.

Plastic Tanks

Most of our machine guards are split into two categories -  Keeping fingers out of machines or keeping missiles in! Made in clear Polycarbonate or Clear PETG.  In our creative side we also make food covers for chocolate fountains and many other interesting things including Acrylic display covers with flame polished edges.

Machine Guards

We can supply and install environmental control systems and ductwork which can be used in cleanroom systems, medical or nanotechnology, again, as per customers specifications.  We can offer extraction system hoods and lip ducts. 

The PVC ventilation pipes and fittings are also sold separately.

Extraction & Ductwork

We can supply most of our sheet range as “Cut to Size”, This means you only have to pay for the panel sizes that you need, rather than the whole sheet!

Our workshop also has facilities for machining and drilling.

Manifold and assembly work can also be supplied for easy installation.
